Some years ago while drafting our parenting plan I had to stop and reflect on what the way our children should go could be .

You see that charge, " Train up your child in the way they should go..." it's one we've always taken seriously and it's been what has always fueled my search for parenting wisdom to help us be the best parent we can be to our children. 

So I took a pen and drafted , 

The way of the Lord is knowledge 

The way of the Lord is service

The way of the Lord is to save and create

The way of the Lord is bold and assertive

The way of the Lord is empathic 

The way of the Lord is resourcefulness

The list went on and one...

With that list we create 10 dimensions to teach, parent and educate our children, some of which are; 

♦️ Spiritual/ kingdom growth 

♦️Academic growth 

♦️ Lifelong learning & love for reading growth 

♦️ Skill and talent growth 

♦️Financial growth

♦️ Emotional & social growth...

These powerful dimensions have helped us create systems that we keep updating over the years as we acquire higher knowledge. It's also been infused into our Mastermind curriculum. 

As I shared in my live session yesterday, Jesus grew in ALL dimensions, and if as parents we are not helping our children do the same ,we would make a mess of them.

Reading I have said again and again is part of how to raise life long learners and phenomenal leaders.
