Dear Partners & Parent Partners,

Congratulations on being with us at the circle thriugh the first quarter of the year. This may seem like something small but trust me it is huge!

Yes, think of it as showing up at a business or to learn a skill for over three months. This is no small feat, especially if you are one of those who have been consistent.

Now, there is no accountability without review or evaluation. Hence we must be able to stop and look back at where we are coming from , what progress we've made and where we are headed ( or how we can help you ) to do better.

Here is a link for you to book a 45 minutes session for a one on one review with the matron which can be attended by the parent and child or partner alone ( if permitted by parent )

It will also serve as a check for those who are not compliant and will need our extra support which we will be glad to give have or may have to take them out of the program.

The goal is to teach the children to be self sufficient and take responsibility for their lives, and we cant achieve this by condoling inactivity. So we need to be sure of who is in and ready to commit to the process.

At the end of the review exercise , we would create small groups to foster social connection, team building and closer peer motivation .

Our goal is to have at least 80% of the speakers from the Mastermind Circle in subsequent conferences. So there is so much work to do done building and supporting these children.
