About 5 years ago when Vision Boards weren't such a big thing our son and I created our first Vision Boards.

A Vision by way of explanation is a tool that has a visual representation of your goals documented and serves as a reminder of what you want to achieve.

Every end of year we would throw an in-house party with lovely music and a lot to eat and talk about our plans for the next year. Trust me this is NOT like new year resolutions o...🤣

Some years later I decider to attend a visioning workshop and gained deep insight that revealed that this tool was more that just creating goals and sticking pictures on a board, there are principles to achieving your goals.

Then in June, Kamsy joined me to attend a professional visioning session because he wanted to ( I'll share about this later) He 

He revealed it was a great session. 

Over the years he's learnt to create achievable goals. He is able to sync his personal goals with our parenting goals, then create plans and timeline to achieve them. He's made some progress...

👉He's learnt skills like; cooking, washing,ironing and self direction by setting a timeline to achieve them.

👉Won competitions 

👉Achieved academic goals 

👉Turned certain grades around 

👉Grew his business

👉Start projects

👉Authored a book

👉Achieve financial targets 

👉Ventured into new territory 

...all on his own just because they were his own goals and he was able to visualise and manifest what he had on his board.

Last year he had a Vision Board Party to celebrate his 11th birthday and had so much fun with his friends. 

Guess what , this years he's decided to host 25 children to a fun, educative, inspiring and rewarding Vision Board Party.

 It will be an evening of great impact with some of his Mentors and Coaches who have a deep passion for empowering children.
