I have been in the place of overwhelm before with so much calling for my attention while I tried to micro manage my home and support my son at the same time. So I know what it means.

It took a soul search to realize that what I needed was a plan that will help me manage and create balance in my life.

And the best part, I realized I didn't need to micromanage no body! All I needed was to have a plan and everyone flowed right into their role with time.
