Hello everyone, my name is Kamsy Chima a budding entrepreneur and TEDx speaker. I am the lead partner at the Mastermind Circle, a peer mentoring and accountability group where pre-teens learn to move from total dependence on their parent's support to taking initiative and directing themselves.

At the circle we create termly goals, write down our visions and create plans that help us achieve our goals.

We also break our goals into daily achievable bits and write our commitments as pledges and accountability proof. Then we get to work with the support of our in-house Matron - My mum Marybeth Chima (a.k.a The MentorMum) who holds us accountable.

We send in our daily journal entries as a daily report of what we achieved each day and she sends feedback which is usually calm, encouraging and supportive, even when you are unable to ace all your goals.

Book reading and reviews, academic support (study groups), monthly guest training, weekly affirmations and under-studying world icons are the extra perks you get when you become a partner.

We are currently accepting new partners, kids aged 7-13 for the new term starting on August 28th.
