Hi everyone,

My apologies for not writing you much lately. I wanted to update you all at the same time. 

I'm super excited that God made this happen. Great news, we bought our house on Feb 7th, 2024. A big thank you to all of you who helped with our house buying journey from prayers to taking action in the actual process. And a big thank you to Heidi Schutter for designing this sweet message for us. We love and appreciate every one of you. We are spending the month of February moving into our new house. It's a dream come true, and it could not have happened without God's help every step of the way. Having our own first house is part of our wow God story. Thank you for being part of my home buying process. Your support and patience since my messages have been a little sporadic lately.

On February 8th, we are doing the final walk through today after 3pm. Then on February 9th, we sign the closing paperwork to get the deed & the key. 

I'm so looking forward to moving during the next two weeks. Then cleaning up the old house and handing in the keys to the landlord. God was the one that was in charge of the whole process, and we are grateful to him. Super glad we trusted him in this home buying journey. It's been a real journey too but worth it.

I do have my next 3 podcasts edited and will be scheduling those out in my next 3 emails so keep an eye out for the next few newsletters. My video editor and I

are in the process of recording the last 4 podcasts of Season 3. Then we will share what our next newsletter series will be focusing on.

I am so grateful for each one of you on my email list and don't hesitate to reach out to me through email with any questions or positive comments.

I'm looking forward to having my own home office in my new house that is not a shared space.

Hoping to have several of you on our season 4 podcast. I will start to do podcast interview recordings in March. I will be taking a short break from February -May to get settled into my new house in sending out our Choosing Acceptance podcasts during that time. However, I do plan on sending out some of my Marketing Mindset Mastery podcasts during that time as it relates to marketing and video content for growing your business. Please note that season 4 podcasts might not be released until June.
