Healthy Butter Chicken Recipe

Hey


I made a deadly butter chicken last night.

Here's the recipe!


Ingredients:

150g Diced Yellow Onion

680g Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

2 TBSP Garam Masala

1/2 Garlic Power, Paprika, Tumeric

1 Tsp Salt & Pepper

2 Tsp Minced Ginger + Minced Garlic

10g Salted Butter

920mL Tomato Sauce

270g - Blended Low-Fat Cottage Cheese.


Instructions:

  1. Add diced onion to a large pot with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
  2. Chop chicken into 1-inch pieces and add them to the pan, followed by all the spices, salt + pepper, ginger and garlic then stir.
  3. Once the chicken has browned slightly, add in the butter, followed by the tomato sauce.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cover, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn the heat off and let it cool in the pot for about 20 minutes before stirring in the blended cottage cheese.
  6. Enjoy!
