When you receive such kind of complaints, you have to follow these easy steps to handle it.

1. kids may behave differently when they are in different environment so be open to hearing other parent.
2. The parent only knows their child's version of the story and one must not act upon it before trying to get a clear picture from both sides.
3. As a parent, you do not need to immediately defend your child or discipline them. You must listen to other parent, tell them that you will find out more and get back to them at earliest.
4. speak to your child calmly about the problem without pointing fingers at them.
