Last night, I did a presentation on Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) that I wanted to share with you. I don't normally cover the GRC side of the house, but as a CISO it's a significant part of what I do. In this presentation, I shared some of my lessons learned, what skills that I think you need, and how to communicate risk.

In general, I talk about the real world examples of what it takes to work in GRC.
