Over nine weeks, you’ll explore gentle, practical ways to cultivate mindfulness — both as a formal meditation practice and as part of daily life.
Each session includes short talks, guided practices, reflections and space for questions and sharing.
Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or already have some experience, you are warmly welcome!
