Here are all the points in short sentence form:

1. Missed sessions cannot be carried over.
2. Presentations must follow track order sequentially.
3. You need 800 marks minimum to move to the next track.
4. Only the coach can approve badges and promotions.
5. Submit evaluation forms to your coach to receive badges or certificates.
6. Unsigned evaluation forms are invalid.
7. Speech topics cannot be repeated as new presentations.
8. HQ can make operational changes and will notify members within 7 days.
9. Coach misconduct can be reported to [email protected].
10. Joining the official WhatsApp group is compulsory.
11. Meeting dates and times may occasionally change.
12. Coaches may assign members supportive club roles.
13. Always communicate with your coach when you are unavailable or facing challenges.
