Boko Haram didn't spread through bombs. It spread through conversations. People who believed in something wrong were willing to talk about it — urgently, relentlessly, without shame.

We are doing something good here at Fordax (Do you agree?). 

And many of our members seem to be whispering about it.

That bothers me deeply.

Someone in your life is struggling to find their voice right now. They are sitting in meetings, invisible. Swallowing their ideas. Watching opportunities pass them by. They are struggling with stage fright or looking for a positive community to join.

I am not asking you to be a recruiter. I am not asking you to sell anything.

I am asking you to do what good people do when they find something that works — THEY TELL SOMEBODY.

The world has no shortage of people willing to spread what is wrong, what is destructive, what tears people down. They talk. They share. They show up at doors. They send messages. They don't stop.

We are building something that gives people their voice back. Something that could change the trajectory of a career, a family, a life.
