I am not mentioning the company name, BUT that was 15 minutes of pure frustration to complete a CAPTCHA puzzle to access my account after I provided the login information and then still require a code. I understand privacy and account security, but making me add up 5 dice numbers to equal 14 three times AND tell me I am incorrect twice. The take away. Don't frustrate your customers.
