Ya ya dai, ?

This will be my last e-mail to you till next year.

I know I wasn't as consistent as I wanted to be with sending e-mails to you this year.

2022 stretched me walahi - physically, mentally, and all round *laughs hysterically*

In all, I learnt so many lessons - especially when it comes to self care. I hope to really work on that more next year.

Hope you are finally wrapping up for the year and preparing for the new year, .

I also hope you are reviewing your 2022 and setting goals for 2023.

Currently looking through mine and setting reasonable goals for the new one *smiles*
