Ba wo ni, ?

The last two quarters of 2024 have been intense! *eye sockets popping out*

It's like as we enter September we start to do "catch-up"!!!

We start getting overly busy because we want to ensure that come December, we can proudly say we achieved all our goals for the year.

But in reality, we usually don't, not because we didn't put in our best.

Sometimes it might just be that it wasn't time for that goal to be achieved yet.

That said, I told myself that I was going to share an update on my #OperationStructure movement with you by the end of the year.

Update on legal structures...

I am proud to announce that Nene-Uwa Hub Ltd and See the World with Ajala Nene have officially joined the trademark team! *dancing azonto*

This is really a HUGE win for me, as it ensures my hard work building my brand and reputation is safeguarded against potential misuse.

This means that both brands have exclusive protection - legally. This is all thanks to Barinaada Legal.

Update on other ventures...

One of the other goals for #OperationStructure this year was to find and build other ventures that could add value to my brand.

This year, I kicked off building my project management and program coordination skills by enrolling with Data-Entry Academy and Masters of Ceremony Mentorship.

Last week, I added Voiceover Artist to the list, thanks to my training with the Voiceover Academy *smiles*

I also joined and became an official member of the Association of African Podcasters and Voice Artists.

If there is one major lesson I have learned about life in general, it is this...

Do not do life alone.

Have a support system.

Be part of a community.

That's why I am excited to be part of these communities: The Voiceover Academy and the Association of African Podcasters and Voice Artists.

I am really looking forward to being a valuable member for both.

I have shared my wins, let me share my losses...

Like I mentioned earlier, sometimes there are certain goals that you may not be able to achieve yet.

One major goal was sorting out my company tax.

Funny story: It was about three years ago that I found out that even if you didn't make sales or profit in your company, you must still file your tax at the end of your business year.

They say ignorance is not an excuse *straight smile*

So till I finally find a way to sort this out without breaking the bank, it will still be on my pending #OperationStructure list *sigh*

Lastly, I have had to pause recording for my Season 3 podcast...

Before I explain further, I want to pat myself on the back to say "well done".

Recently, a seasoned and an award-winning podcaster, who did a celebratory party for hosting his 100th episode, praised me for having two podcast seasons under my belt - that is 26 episodes *smiles proudly*

Unfortunately, we had to pause recording due to logistics and time management. By God's grace, we would resume recording and eventually launch it in Q1 of next year, 2025 *hopeful*

Despite the few setbacks, I am grateful for the wins,
