A few weeks ago...

I shared some writes ups by Pelu Awofeso which had a complied list of amazing tourist attractions in Nigeria that we could explore.

He decided to go further and released Travu, an e-magazine that explores travel destinations in Nigeria.

Travu's aim is to report all aspects of travel and tourism activity in Nigeria, including developments in the travel trade and associated businesses - hospitality, aviation, tours, travel agencies.

They will feature stories on the best destinations locally, local food and beverages, culture, art and more.

This maiden edition features contributions from 40+ top Nigerian travelers/influencers who share their insights on 60 of Nigeria's most celebrated tourist attractions.

This e-magazine will be helpful to people who may be interested in traveling around Nigeria as the lock-down gradually eases.

I have always been a campaigner for promoting Domestic Tourism in Nigeria.

I see this e-magaizne as one of the perfect ways to promote and encourage the movement.
