Ba wo ni, ?
This morning someone sent me a video of the Late Larry King. You can watch it HERE.
This was the quote that got me...
"If you are honest with your audience, you can't go wrong" Larry King
Powerful abi?
As an entrepreneur, I am constantly learning how to be more vulnerable and transparent with my audience.
Wait first...
I am not saying you should go and be sharing all your personal matter online or offline, o! *raises one eyebrow*
What I am saying is this...
Try to share not only about your ups but also about your downs.
The idea is to build a bond between you and your audience.
To build your 'Know, Like and Trust' Factor.
If you want to attract and keep the right people to your brand, then is important to be HONEST with them.
Let me share something that happened to me...
Yesterday I kicked off day one of the 3-day Audience Builder Workshop.
Unfortunately for me, the way I structured my whole day didn't go as planned.
I had some personal unexpected runs to sort out.
By the time I was settled, it was almost 30 mins to the workshop,
And I was not mentally prepared *sigh*
However, as I went live and started sharing my nuggets, I got my groove back *yaay*
You see how I shared both my up and down moment with you, {{contact.first_name}}?
You might be able to relate with my experience one way or the other.
My story just showed you how vulnerable I felt yesterday.
You didn't need to know this, .
But I wanted to share it with you so that you have an idea of the "behind the scenes" of my entrepreneurship life *giggles*
Share vurnable stories is a way to build a bond with you to build my KLT Factor *smiles*
So let me ask you again...
Are you honest with your audience, ?
Do you share your vunerable side with them?
Are you transparent with your audience?
Try it .
Like the Late Larry King said, "You can't go wrong when you are HONEST with your audience."
So if you don't believe me, you can believe dear Oga Larry *smiles*
Remember ...
Life is short. Live it to the fullest.
Till then. Sai wata rana *waves*
Your Wanderluster,
Ajala Nene
