Even individual therapists will benefit from knowing about affairs - as they are very common.
One of the topics covered on the Dealing With Affairs course:
What is the impact of different kinds of affairs? Which hurts more, a cybersex online interaction that takes a lot of time and energy, a series of one night stands with different partners, or a long term affair where 'the affair' has children and there is a second (secret) family.
