Why you can't allow to live through a mediocre physique

Goodmorning goodmorning
Was speaking with a friend yesterday
And came to 2 key pillars:
- we have a certain quality fuel source
- we direct that fuel/energy in a certain way
Lets look at that...
What happens when we make life clear, transparent and simple?
It's not that we make it simple in a dull, stupid manner.
But rather to become efficient and sharp, ALIGNED.
Lets apply this to building your dream body.
You may want:
- to lift 3 times a week, run often, swim often and be balanced
- to lift 3-5 times/week, to get ripped, to be like a natural Arnold
- to be ripped, agile, fast, with endurance, to absolutely test all your limits
Bottom line is, all of that's possible. In a holistic, sustainable and enjoyable way.
We have a certain quality fuel source.
This is both physical and psychological.
McDonalds.... X
Fruit, vegetables, chicken, eggs, beef, simple carbohydrates... CHECK
(pasture raised - grass finished - orange egg yolk)
But the physical in just one piece.
The key is to stay light. To eat in a way where you don't get lethargic and slow after a meal.
To walk often. To not stuff yourself. To eat with a presence, not always watching entertainment while eating.
If we have our physical down, then it's possible to become sharp psychologically.
It's unlikely that one becomes truly awoken without having the physical down to the T.
But to live via a mediocre, lethargic, slow, clogged, mucus filled body...
Those adjectives have a clear bridge to the quality of one's mind.
The way you move physically is a representation of where you are psychologically, right?
And if you are to break through all psychological suffering, your body must be alive, strong, and ready to work with you.
P.S. I'd love to work with some individuals who want to master their physical. Then we can work on the psychological. If you are inspired to get absolutely ripped, healthy, free internally and externally, to radiate like a brand new version of yourself...
