So. Where do all pain come from?
Is it the others imposing it on you?
Or is it you 'the self', the 'I' or 'me' which is the source of pain?

Because then one is so distracted by the ego's program, then the odds rise that insensitivity enters the fold.
This insensitivity allows for physical dis-ease to manifest.

So much attention is placed in weak places, that the bodies immune system grows weak.

Over-consumption.

One has to go into it. To see how one has CREATED that dis-ease.
The fact is, that we have attracted whatever illness we have.
And to heal we have to create the space to attract healing.
This means to take full responsibility for one's actions.
To not force a change, but to see so clearly that one cannot continue going down the path they are going.
Odds are, it's been a program, a habit, a mechanical, dull way of living that's created the dis-ease.
And even if it was a freak accident, the path to healing still remains the same.
