Hi there! I hope you're doing well and feeling good.


Today I'm going to speak about tough situations and how they can be re framed in a positive lens.

I'm sure you've heard of the idea that 80% of life comes down to how we CHOOSE to respond to it.

What's that mean though?

See, it takes high awareness to deeply understand that we choose how we feel.

And I say that knowing how difficult it has been to rase my awareness just a bit, so I choose to be very cautious about what I do because of how tightly what we do links with how we feel.

Point is we want to feel better, right?

And to feel better we probably want less tough situations...

So how do we reduce the amount of difficult situations we deal with?

There are many ways to go depending on your specific situation, but for the sake of being helpful let me go broad.


Tips:

-reduce time around rude people

-invest your own time wisely

-start taking care of your body

-identify what you shouldn't be doing

-do a weekly/daily review where you reflect upon how you used your time and energy
