THE SIX KEYS TO THE MIND BODY CONNECTION
Follow these simple nuances to not only guarantee you have less anxiety;
BUT to actually understand it's nature.
Can you evolve in 6 months of pure commitment?

1/ Initial Activation
You know there are states of being. (moods - vibes - etc)
A simple way to raise the odds you feel stress free;
-wake early (4am personally)
-move into action immediately
This lowers anxiety because you feel productive due to each action.
I don't force my clients do this, but it's definitely one of the simplest strategies.

2/ Morning Sunlight
Logically, we can call it the circadian rhythm.
The truth is I don't care about the logic, IT'S SO OBVIOUSLY FELT.
Go just 1 day. Wake early. Don't stall, get into action. And get outside early.

3/ Sprinkling Strategically
Listen - we don't all have time for 3 hours of walking.
But we do all have time to sprinkle some quick walks into the day.
This pillar is just like my coaching. I naturally lead the conversations, I listen and follow the threads that clients give me, I don't force a transformation un-naturally.
Just go for a few 10M + walks each day. Life changing.

4/ Creating Space
Analogy time. You have a jar. You have small rocks and big rocks.
If you put all the small rocks in first, there's 0 room for the larger rocks.
But if you put the larger rocks in first, there's still space for the small rocks.

5/ Creating Space 2
The jar is reference to your mind.
If you are over-consumptive, your mind has 0 space.
If you solely focus on the un-important pleasures of life, you have 0 space.
A mind with no space is dull, mechanical, average.
Only through having a mind with open space can true intelligence be noticed.
The intelligence is not mine or yours, but it comes by when the mind is open and free.
THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART ABOUT MY WORK. Allowing clients to truly open up their minds and be free from all the past programming which is the root of massive fear and anxiety.

6/ Not operating via fear
Let's run through a potential fearful sequence.
I want to tryout for the basketball team, but I'm scared I won't make it.
What if I don't do good? Then I could get made fun of.
In what ways might they make fun of me?
What if I'm never good at anything?
I'M OVER-EXAGGERATING BUT THIS IS THE NATURE OF FEARFUL THOUGHT.
Sincerely. Do you ever have sequences of this nature?
It can ABSOLUTELY BE STOPPED.
There's a way to go deeply into thought.
And that depth itself frees you from the grips.
