When you wake early you don't feel rushed. No rush leads to a higher quality output. Then you feel more accomplished and can grant yourself a quick walk. Sun, fresh air, new energy, new focus. More work is accomplished. Balance. Fuel the system, get a healthy meal. Sprinkle in a quick walk to help the digestive system. ETC ETC ETC.

Most human beings are in constant anxiety.

Humanity truly is ready for the opening of our hearts. I don't see our world continuing for much longer if we don't change internally. 4/ Numbing via overconsumption
When you constantly consume there is no space in your heart. Therefore the heart stays shallow. A shallow heart has a foggy mind which hides unwanted things in the fog. Then these unwanted things that are hidden due to one's own lifestyle come back to haunt.
Study your tendencies.
Know when you're likely to overconsume.
See the act for what it is, do the math. Low ROI.

Watching when you are trapped by an ego saboteur is the only way out. "You can't fix something you won't admit could be improved." Therefore, we must investigate what triggers the saboteurs, study in themes and structures.
