-you struggle to get going

Your foundation has to be strong.

I noticed I'm much more likely to do healthy stuff early in day.

So....
-I pushed my bedtime way up
-I pushed my wake time way up
-Now I have MORE higher quality time in my day
-This may work for you
-Or you may be the opposite and work best at night
Either way - this system will change your life.
