How to stop being sad, angry and/or lonely

There's many specific reasons for being emotional
But if one is intelligent you'll re-direct your energy
To see that the specifics are irrelevant
But rather that the structure is where meaning is
That to be emotional is to direct energy in a certain manner
And, dare I ask, could there be a more holistic way of being?
Could energy be more clear and precise?
There's a way of observing the part of you that divides everything
If you can observe that divisor in you, (the thing we refer to as "i")
Then you can notice the unnecessary wildfires the "me" creates
That when you see the truth, that compassion is true love
And that to actually embody the nature of love one must be aware
Aware in relationship to behavior, and how we are in a constant dance with others
That the most meaningful part of life is relationship, not any specific format of it but just relationship in general, the way in which we relate to others
What's actual is our moment to moment relationship, and as you are aware, you'll start to notice the essence of how the "I"/"Me" operates
As you learn, you do the work everyday, you'll start to watch your everyday life's quality become something totally brand new
And that's why I use the metaphor, is one merely existing, or is one truly alive?
