How I create a happy state of being everyday

Understand that your life comes down to 1 KEY


What may that key be Justin?


Well.. We could label it how you feel.

More precisely, states of being..

This is what YOU ARE.


Sometimes you may feel hopeless, excited, happy, etc..

But is there a way to feel without the complexity packed within words?


Bare with me.

But thought is build via words, right?


So what happens when you learn to feel without words?


This means you feel deeper.

In otherwards, you can feel the state more clearly.


Now. If you can feel the state of being clearly..

Where may that lead you?


Well, you can notice things.

You can see patterns, themes, cycles.. ETC.


You know, mother nature runs on cycles..

So does our body..

-ladies hormonal cycles

-all humans have the circadian rhythm

-all humans can feel what fresh air and sunlight does for them


So what happens if you are aware of your minds cycles?

Well then you can potentially start to see the nature of attachment..


What is attachment?


Essentially, it seems to be a gripping on to what can't be held on to..


Read that again.


So what if you are sensitive to when you are dissipating energy, or holding onto things unnecessarily..


Naturally you can learn to then let go.

Innately you will more accurately invest the new found fuel..


Then life absolutely is re-born.


That's the roadmap my friends.


Attachment makes itself known via;

-avoidance

-procrastination

-insecurity

-repeating past in the now

-living trapped within lowkey fear
