How to reduce anxiety when starting new things

Jun 12, 2024 11:56 am

Goodmorning everyone

It's healthy to have fresh beginnings, right?

But excitement (for these beginnings) can easily turn into an anxiety

And expectations may not go as you would have liked

Although you have the intelligence to turn choppy waters into calm waters

Using intelligence to see through expectations:

-there's a fine line between a lose guideline and attachment

-we all tell ourselves stories, but 99% of the time it's a harmful activity

-test out lowering expectations of others, while holding yourself as the example standard

As a new beginning is beautiful, until we impose expectations and force upon it

I'm not saying just 'surrender' and 'flow'

Rather, to think strategically, to be wise in what you even end up starting

Use this in 'decision making' if you get stuck:

-is this reversible or not?

-is this high impact or not?

-who will this decision effect besides me?

I can share nuggets all day, but imagine the power of having personalized 1:1 conversations... Back to the story

The key to navigating anything in life, new beginnings included, is clarity

And simplicity is one main cornerstone to true clarity

Not a naive, gullible, dull, stupid simplicity

But an elegant, symbiotic, natural and balanced simplicity

Feel the contrast

See ultimately, life comes down to your ability to feel and observe what's going on inside of you

When you start to see and hear clearly, tactics can be thrown away

As you don't need systems when you see clearly

You will still have structure, but it will be open and flexible

And this clarity will be so vital and alive that you can let it guide you

That is the golden key - to live so aligned you can be a light to yourself

Listen, if you'd like to be a light to yourself...

-break free from unnecessary psychological suffering

-create a body you can admire, respect and truly be grateful for

-access new energy that's always been there, but it's been hidden
