To get the dream body... You need nutritional understanding.


It really gets simple, and just about effortless at some point.


And I'm not implying the game is boring, stale, or mechanical.


But first, why create the dream body?

-surely helps to reduce insecurity

-you get new energy when you're not directing it into insecurity

-this new energy can be invested for a much greater ROI than insecurity provides


(that's just one example but the structure is true even if you may not feel insecure)


Now. Nutritional understanding. Simply put:

-consume desired bodyweight in G of protein daily

-if it has more than 10 ingredients you don't need it

-balance active lifestyle with intense movement (for digestion)


You don't need to overwhelm yourself.


Now - How are you going to get your bodyweight in G of protein daily?

On a profound level, we are talking about your vessel:

It's just one aspect to the big holistic game. It's not the holy grail.
