 5 REOCCURING THEMES IN MY WORK WITH CLIENTS

You can only improve that which you are aware can be improved;

The mind has to be detailed...

Would you level up in 6 months of 1-1 work?

(not for people who accept mediocrity)

---

1/ Hidden connections & unseen aspects

You see - life is deeper than most think.

I listen to my clients & pull on the strings they give me, continuously the string turns out to be a thread.

It's extremely powerful to pause. To stay on one topic. To get into the depth within that topic.

---

2/ Interpersonal dynamics & complications

The people you choose to surround yourself with... They program you.

Your mind is malleable - (so getting sharp and specific with what is allowed to enter the mind MATTERS)

Now in client work A HUGE FOCUS is to SMOOTHEN out these situations. We can't always just remove ourselves from environments.

---

3/ Physical environment & orderliness

Let's say we have a goal.

My clients & I approach things holistically, therefore understanding both sides of the coin. Meaning that we will both add things to the environment & subtract other things.

Examples;

-decluttering

-use of weekly planners

-use of daily timers

Organization tends to enhance performance & clarity.

----

4/ Simplification - making it a game

Both for nutrition & exercise routines... If it ain't simple & sustainable & enjoyable, I don't know man.

IF YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING FOR LIFE... WHY NOT ENJOY IT?

It's easier said then done. But some examples;

-go to bed on time -> wake early -> life feels better

-eat simple -> track roughly -> notice gains

Growth really can be enjoyable.

---

5/ Restructuring - inquiring - is this efficient?

Sincerely, some people just don't understand how they FVCK themselves.

MY MAIN JOB IN CLIENT WORK... TO KEEP MY CLIENTS FROM THEIR BAD PLANS.

(now my job get's easier when my clients don't have too many bad plans - makes me smile)

Point is;

-to change perspectives

-to zoom in & zoom out big time

-to be aware of all the many variables at play

---

P.S. I’m looking for 2 high achievers who want to:

  • increase energy levels
  • start radiating confidence
  • add 10-30 LBS of muscle mass

(1 hour required per week)
