Life sends us annoyances or opportunities to remain centered, depending on our attitudes.
Nobody can choose how you want to feel except for you, we have the power to navigate the waves of the mind.
The lens we look through is linked to our quality of life.
There are many tactics to create a lens which distributes healthy, high frequency vibes.

Healthy Action
"Your view of the world is a confession of character, the world is not as it is but as you are."
Consistently there are moments when life just whacks you, usually what helps is to respond with an action to mitigate the damage.
It's important not to want things to be perfect, as that only harms your growth.
Rather, we benefit through understanding we need challenge and having faith that we are simply becoming stronger through each day.
We have 2 options, to grow through our experiences by carrying a certain attitude or to become weaker and complain due to what we experience.
It's tempting to take the easy way out, yet it does not benefit us in any way.
I'm speaking to myself as much as I am to you, I made a mistake last night and woke up to realize how a minor miscalculation turned into a bigger annoyance.
I did what I could do to mitigate the damage this morning and moved on, I definitely was GRRR although it was not for more than 15 minutes before getting back to a center through shifting to a healthy habitual action.

Not Loosing Oneself
How do we catch ourselves and get back to the center in the moment?
This is something we build at throughout time, the ability to catch oneself is one of the most powerful things one can train.
The quicker you can catch yourself the less pain you have to experience.
Whether it's in your own drama or feelings derived from an interaction with someone else, you are responsible for feeling the way you do.
There's freedom in taking accountability for our feelings, as this leads to more meaning in our lives and we all need meaning.
We benefit by adopting this attitude as it leaves us feeling stronger, clearer and overall better.
Once one is Truly accountable then we begin training our ability to catch ourselves...
This is a lifestyle shift, founded upon removing the things that lower our clarity and emphasizing the acts that help us see transparently.
The mind can Truly get wild and it's up to us to align ourselves with what calms the mind and allows for enjoyable living.
It's not simple, especially when situations out of our control seem to attack our internal peace. Sitting and thinking is usually on the best solution, one of the simplest and most powerful acts to create calmness is to go for a walk and place attention on things in the bottom half of your visions range.
You don't have to bend your neck down, just use your eyes and scan and soon you find yourself feeling better.

Life Long Learning
If you are committed to creating a higher quality experience we can't feel bad for ourselves.
We can't complain.
We are not victims.
This is through understanding that the helpless state of mind does not grant us anything healthy, it's simple the path of an excuse maker who accepts unnecessary suffering.
See, pain is a way of life and pain is not exactly bad.
It's simply informing us that our attitude is due for shifting, so that we have the realization which links to generating healthier emotion through different thinking.
Pain is the signal that we don't have to be in pain if we are willing to adjust.
The tough part is the mind has defense mechanisms to prevent change, see someone way be miserable and stay miserable.
How is this possible?
It's the comfort zone, the misery of comfort rather than the misery of uncertainty...
And They both have their own unique road bumps, yet one route leads to freedom and strength while the other has no upside.
That's important to admit, that no matter our route it will be full of pain.
Doing the cost : benefit ratio on scenarios, realizing well one route has upside while the other does not.
This will allow you to make better decisions on your road to fulfillment and freedom.

Quality Questions
What's the difference between high and low frequency?
It usually is not clear until you get a True feeling for what is what.
I'd urge you to ask some questions, how do I feel 10 minutes after an act, 30 minutes, 1 HR and so on.
Your feelings are informing you, the tough thing is many people ignore the feelings of the heart and only listen to the rationalizations of the mind.
Emphasis on that differentiation, the feelings of the heart VS. the rationalizations of the mind.
We want our heart and mind to be aligned...
This occurs through listening to the heart and using the strategy and rationality of the mind to translate our passion into action.
What the heart says will often come with resistance from the mind, as the mind tends to take the safer route.
I'm not saying to be super risky, rather to take calculated risk.
To trust the feelings of the heart and to back them up with strategic thought.
See, if we stray too far to either extreme it becomes un-healthy and we go down a low frequency path.
To align ourselves with what we are meant to be doing we must cover the fundamental basics which allow us to hear both the mind and heart.

Old Curses New Blessings
To have the correct attitude we have to be doing the right things. A few very basic pillars are to move the body often, to consume basic and natural foods, and to avoid excessive distraction.
When we move the body our attitude tends to flow with us, we can find ourselves fully living through the heart.
Not thinking but being.
Simply here right now from moment to moment.
Consuming basic natural foods wakes it so when we move the body we don't get hit with any resistance, it's tough to enjoy moving when we feel sluggish and bloated due to processed foods.
And avoiding too much distraction links to clarity, when we consume too much we fall into a state of wanting and comparison.
These attitudes are extremely destructive and non-beneficial, they leave us drained and bring forward that victim like state of mind.
By understanding how what we do leaves us feelings we can begin to craft our lives intentionally based upon how we enjoy feeling.
There is nothing more important than you yourself feeling fulfilled, as then you can share this with others.
Remember, this is not all about you, but becoming that which you wish to see in others.

Foundation First
It Truly comes down to very basic pillars.
Knowing how you want to feel and what you will do to feel that way.
Wanting does not make you feel good, being does make you feel good.
To be you are going to be living moment to moment.
-What are the main things draining your clarity?
-What habits do you know you will benefit from adopting?
Nobody can make these basic changes for you, it's about the amount of pain you are willing to tolerate.
If the pain is too much then you know what to do.
Changing is not always easy, yet it's easier than living a life filled with misery.

Fulfillment and attitude are not to be underestimated, you see rich people who are miserable because they do not have the internal aspects of freedom.
Get wealthy, while becoming fulfilled.
Follow your passion, while thinking strategically.
