PLUS how to improve your speaking.

Anxiety can feel like you're trapped.

Suffocated, without any room to move.

But when you address tension and anxiety..

You have a stronger connection to reality.

Speaking better roots in your connection to reality.

Understanding that when you're connected ALL of life gets easier.

When you're not trapped..

Your words flow out your mouth effortlessly.

You don't even have to try to be smooth.

You're just naturally in rhythm.

So whose fault is it when tension/anxiety occur?

Not your fault.

Not their fault.

Fact is, the moment of tension has meaning.

You need to look to find out.

Looking is not judging, interpreting, or labeling.

Looking is seeing, feeling, understanding.

Without words and thought.

The essence of beauty is to feel.

The moment you label a sunset a sunset the joy fades.

The art of not blaming, of truly understanding..

You have to see that there is no authority in your life.

That you are the only one who can let your path light up.

I speak on anxiety and tension because it is the root to change.

We all have moments.

But who can feel?

Do you want less anxiety and tension in your life?

You're surely not alone.
