Can You Really Be More Likeable Every Single Day?

Joe says "I know people dislike me"
But I say, "Joe, who told you that?"
Joe convinced himself others disliked him.
Then others feel Joe's shame.
That is unattractive.
Joe felt a disgust within himself.
Sick and tired of being who he is.
Naturally, Joe asked, "Why do I feel so bad so often?"
"Please, someone, somewhere, help me.."
The next morning comes..
He notices his mind is moving.
He feels an insight.
"It is not you Joe, It is what you are thinking."
So Joe writes that down.
He ask, "what is the nature of my thinking."
Pen and paper:
-repetitive
-self centered
-greedy, envious
-fighting, battling, me VS others
Joe begins to crack open the egg.
He ask, "Is there another way of moving through life?"
He sees that when he is exercising he is not thinking much. Just being.
Sees this theme in many different healthy actions.
Joe sees he is ready to change how he lives.
He stops stalling, complaining, he sharpens up how he moves through each day.
As he takes better care of his mind, body and heart.
He notices it is easier to speak to others free of thought.
It is almost like he never knows what he is going to say next.
But it continuously feels right.
And the external world confirms that too.
Joe is not alone.
You are not alone.
