most don't have a clue what meditation actually is

Uncomfortable emotion is a signal.


I've gone deeply into how this signal works in it's nature.


And to see what uncomfortable emotion truly is, this is like removing weight from your shoulders.


99% avoid uncomfortable emotion. Justify it. Rationalize it.


But the 1% who are willing to be curious, and watch that emotion in it's nature...


This is what a religious mind truly is.


What is religion? Isn't it supposed to be about something bigger than us, as individuals?


Do you see the point here?


Most people say, and label themselves as 'believers'...


But they miss the mark. To miss the mark is to sin.


To sin is to live, and operate from a place which is always focused on you, the individual.


To create this religious mind, is to clearly see how to be in a way that the whole of humanity is what's important.


Not my goals, my wishes, wants, desires, pleasures, escaping from suffering, etc.


And the only way to truly be, is to observe the nature of the part of us which prevents us from truly being.


It's not by meditating 30M a day, it's not by praying every morning and night, those things may help you get your hose in order, but the big game is the MOMENT TO MOMENT WATCHING OF THE MOVEMENTS WITHIN.


See, most people think meditation is sitting down, and meditating. Sure, that's one common definition.


But real meditation is constant. Real meditation is to observe yourself. Your reactions. Your tendencies. Your beliefs. Your thoughts. Your tension internally. Your tone of voice. Your body language. To have TRUE COMPASSION, understanding that every interaction you and I have is us interacting with ourselves and therefore what's more important than to have compassion for the energy and vibration that we radiate?
