does wiser strategy = increased quality?

The route of intention
There are many avenues to building a free, joyous and powerful life.
What these routes are founded upon is a common theme of strategic creation.
To use your mind in a way which values your time, effort and energy.
To be intentional with what you choose to do and how you go about doing it.
Would you say you can relate to this?

Many avenues
If you can't relate, this email will be of major value to you.
And if you can relate it will deepen your understanding.
The structure to strategic living is understanding what to stay away from and what to immerse yourself in.
Now, The specifics can vary drastically, yet the bigger picture outline will consistently remain.
Don't get caught up in your own attachment to your opinions, bias's and worldviews.
For example, I was raised Christian, that said I now study all spiritualities and have found powerful Truths in each of them.
The content may be Christianity, the structure is understanding that there are many ways to say the same thing.
Same goes with nutrition, doesn't matter if you are vegan or whatever structure you follow.
As long as you're consuming whole, natural and simple ingredient foods that you can pronounce every ingredient easily you are on a great path.
The content there can change, the structure is avoiding food that's processed and made in factories with long ass names that sound like they belong in a chemical lab.
It's priceless to understand how to optimize your bodies energy levels.

How does energy work?
The human body is not something you are.
You have a human body, you have a brain which produces thoughts and you have an recognition of what you are thinking which is labeled consciousness or awareness.
That said, your human body's and brain's states can be INTENTIONALLY altered.
This is the key to a great or miserable life experience.
How intentional one chooses to be with altering their states of mind.
It's all comes back to energy.
Lets use the battery analogy, essentially, you are either being charged or drained every moment. For example, rap music that glorifies murder and things of that nature drains your energy drastically.
On the other hand, thinking kind thoughts of appreciation for whatever it may be leads you to feeling better INSTANTLY.
So you have a choice to determine how you'd like to feel each second.
Don't believe me people, just consider not being in denial and closed.
Maybe think about it for a second.
Wish some hate upon someone else and pay attention to how you feel.
Then think same gracious, appreciative and kind thoughts about nature or whatever it may be and reflect upon how it leaves you.
All I've explained there is the Truth of yin and yang, without the down waves you wouldn't know what an up wave is.

Getting out of your own way
It's a tough pill to swallow that we all have blind spots, yet once you accept this it allows for better questions to be asked and therefore more powerful answers to come to mind.
The quality of your questions leads to the quality of your life.
How do we do this practically?
There is a spectrum of vibrational frequency in everything.
For example, complaining and acting as a victim is very low on the range.
This will not help you create a better life.
Exercising would be on the opposite end of the spectrum, a very powerful tool for leveling up your mind.
Doing just one healthy thing won't change everything, yet it can get you moving in a better direction.
As you go, you'll begin to realize there's many small details that have a massive effect on how you feel and what you become.
There's a powerful inflection or shifting point when you craft your every moment in a way that supports healthy energy.
This is when you become aware of how everything connects to another thing.
Literally, everything.

The most common flow blockers
This phrase 'flow blockers', what does it mean?
Lets go piece by piece.
What is flow?
This is a state of mind where you are not thinking.
When you are so pleasantly immersed in an act that you are just being.
Not thinking, not doing, just being.
How do you create flow?
To get to this state of being it requires you to have built your focus muscles.
Just as you create physical muscle, you train to build your focus.
What's been efficient for me in both physical training and focus training is subtracting that which slows me down and increasing what builds me up.
For focus, this would look like doing more activities that require your 100% attention
(reading, breath work, art, writing - you get my point).
And what to subtract?
Anything that cuts off your focus.
Picking up the phone is a HUGE one, distraction like having other tabs open while doing deep work on PC and the toughest one would be overthinking.
For the body, the main flow blockers are substances and shit food.
Humans usually don't make the connection on a super detailed level.
Input always links to output.
If you do well with an average input, just imagine what you could do with an amazing input.

What's your route?
Listen, I speak and write generally because I know the hand I've been dealt differs from your deck.
That said, there are principles of living that have saved my life that can be generally applicable.
First, if you don't have self-belief this needs to be addressed.
Why don't you believe in yourself?
First, you may go the victim route.
Okay, you going to hold onto that forever?
You wont get anywhere.
Then maybe, you look deeper.
You may realize, you have limiting beliefs about yourself.
"I can't do this because this and that"...
Not true.
You can usually do it, if you commit 100% to it.
This means you will make trade-offs.
You will have to get rid of some stuff that you are attached too.
Attachment is the root to all suffering.
Negative emotion is good, why?
It's a sign that your actions and beliefs need some adjusting.
The universe is informing you, if you don't want to continue to feel like trash, it's time for some change or iteration.
See, many humans won't.
They would rather suffer their entire life then to admit that their old world view is not serving them. Are you ready to admit this to yourself?

Where do we begin?
Well, one thing at a time.
What's causing the most significant pain in your life right now?
That's where we have to start.
Great shifts take patience, consistency, faith and iteration.
-write about the questions I've asked you in a 10m + session
-don't reply to me until you have done this
-implement a daily walk into your schedule
-don't pick up your phone without a specific intention
I know you can feel powerful.
You have potential that is quite limitless, all I'm doing is probing that which is already deep within you.
Nobody can save you but you.

Anticipate the pain of regret. This is what got me kicking and rolling.
On the other side of your fears is EXACTLY what you need.
You need to feel down to know what up feels like.
