done going in circles?

Today I feel like writing about TRAPS.

What am I referring to?

Here are some of the most common traps:

-debt

-mediocre relationships

-sitting in the comfort zone

These can effect your entire life in many different forms.

Lets unravel each one.

Debt:

This is often in relation to college, housing and cars.

People go to school because that's what they're told.

School isn't good or bad.

It's about how intentional you are while in school.

Most people don't realize they could be learning more effectively for free.

Go to school if you are truly passionate about a field that pays.

A great rule of thumb for big purchases:

If you can't buy it 10x over, probably shouldn't buy it.

Mediocre relationships:

Most relations are two people being average together.

Like Jim Rohn says, you're the average of the people you surround yourself with.

It's easier to be mediocre when you're not physically alone.

Often, the easy route in the moment creates a harder future.

When pondering, ask: is this the harder choice in the moment?

You want it to be the harder choice.

If you don't have a great relationship with yourself you're doing the world a dis service.

See, it all comes down to how you see yourself.

How you see yourself is what you see in others.

You're better off making yourself great and attracting other great people, rather than settling for someone equal to where you are now. (usually)

Sitting in comfort zone:

Delaying gratification is one of the best things you can learn to like.

If you're addicted to cheap dopamine you'll destroy your life.

The habits created from indulging in cheap dopamine leave you without any energy, then you waste your life away.

Eventually you'll get sick of being sick & tired.

Good.

Use that pain as a reason to work and become more than you previously were.

Pain can be a reason to whine or a reason to become great.

YOUR CHOICE.

P.S. - You ready to transform your reality?

Want to be proud of the body you see in the mirror?

Want less stress, fear and worry?

Lets see if we are a good fit.
