The art of a true impersonal confidence

Listen, many definitions of confidence are absolutely off, it's as if they stink.
But here I'm not going to define a word for you.
Rather let's look at what it is that subtracts confidence and creates insecurity.
You could be overweight. You could think about being overweight. You could then think about what others think about you being overweight.
Then all of a sudden - you are in this valley of despair.
So we need to make this real simple. You are directly responsible for your physical vessel. So why not make living a easy, good life as effortless as possible?
Let's start with the lowest hanging fruit. Drop that weight or bodyfat. Then you'll have already drastically reduced the likely-hood that you fall into the valley of despair.
Now weight is not the only content which can create despair of course, although, when you start with YOUR physical vessel you are acting hands on.
You are so hands on that you will NATURALLY feel and see what changes when you begin to take care of your fundamental health.
To have an impersonal confidence you need to know yourself.
Maybe initially you are confident in the self; but then you start to see the self's confidence is simply derived from it's attachments. That is not at all secure. The attachments could be taken any moment.
To start doing the deeper work you have to begin with the lowest hanging fruit.
