Hello my people -
Inevitably we are going to experience uncomfortable moments.
How we respond to these situations is the important thing.
To argue, complain and act like a victim is to increase your pain.
To seek lessons, aim to learn and grow will be more rewarding.
It's not our goal to rid ourselves of emotion, this isn't too human.
We level up when we become capable of noticing emotion arising.
It grips us less we we notice it.
Before I had awareness, I'd get angry, lash out and not realize what I've done until It was way too late.
The feelings of guilt and regret are teachers, if you are open.
See, negative emotion is not bad.
Negative emotion is simply a sign for you to change.
If you feel poor, odds are your actions brought you this feeling.
Sometimes another human has made you feel poor.
Okay, that's reality.
It's your choice to dwell in that feeling.
Or you can choose to take the action that will get you feeling good once again.
An amazing theme: Action / Faith / Reflection / Consistency = Inevitable Growth
Truly the mindset is our foundation to life.
It all comes down to how you see the world.
Your world-view is determined by so many variables.
-childhood
-environment
-daily habits
-what you consume
-how you invest time
If you want to feel better you'll benefit by writing about each of these things.
What was your childhood like? How has that shaped you?
Are you around negative people often? How can you distance yourself?
Do you have addictions? What are you running from?
Do you understand nutrition? Do you love your body?
Do you sleep amazing each night? If not, take a look at how you invest your days.
Sincerely if you want a better life it starts with answering those questions.
