I have tea and honey lol.

We have limited energy.

I do this early morning.

If you combine daily exercise, daily food windows and a calorie deficit you will look and feel wonderful.


To get technical, we need to prioritize healthily and ethically sourced protein.


To balance healthy fats and protein is the key of nutrition.


Paired with variety in consumption of many differing vegetables and fruits.


Mainly, avoid processed food and alcohol.


This is the practical gameplan to getting a beautiful physique.
