To create a Truly healthy mind and body combination we benefit from being strategic in how we design our lifestyles.
This hints at preventative health.
The trouble with societies notion of health is we cure something only after the problem occurs.
Rather, we can take a different angle and prevent disease.
Why not be proactive?

Attending to the signals
What does it mean to be proactive and how do we go about executing on this concept?
See, negative or uncomfortable emotion, pain or stress, things of this nature are labeled bad.
Truth is, they are signals.
Signs that something within our life is out of balance and is due for adjusting.
This switch requires observation skills, the default in us is to complain, to act as a victim and to see the circumstance as 'happening to us'...
That's not helpful and in fact it only makes our lives worse.
Rather, we can train our observation skills and notice these signs quicker and quicker.
Inevitably with higher observation you'll begin to pickup on the smallest tactics, tricks and nuances.
With this, then we can create a lifestyle by design.
A lifestyle which prioritizes healthy feelings which convert to a powerfully strong life which is absent of disease.
Of course aging is normal, that said, societies and cultures notion of aging is quite upside down. Aging is a beautiful thing when done through a being with high observation.

Holy shit, it's not so simple
How do we go about creating powerful observation and how does it benefit us?
It's interesting, at a certain point, life seems simple.
Ya know, eat, work, sleep ya ya ya repeat.
This is the perspective of low observation.
This sort of angle is characterized by someone caught placing their attention primarily on the past and future, not the moments.
When you train observation, you realize holy shit there are so many powerful feelings and moments that are experienced each day.
Life begins to feel as if you're playing a game and it gets more enjoyable as you level up.
To create powerful observation ability, most of us will want to begin subtracting what destroys our observation skills.
These are the sort of acts and thoughts that consistently leave you feeling bland.
The tricky part is, when you have low observation you usually don't realize what acts leave you feeling this way, until there is a breaking point.
I label this, becoming sick of feeling sick and tired or rock bottom.

Without down, what's up?
Ideally, we reach the place of rock bottom sooner than later.
I say this, as it can be a powerful place that one pivots their entire future.
Some people hit rock bottom and stay there, which to me is un-fathomable, I have no clue how some people are so strong and weak that they can endure the amount of pain and not choose to feel better.
I digress.
The interesting part of life is that only once you understand the depth of pain can you begin to feel for the opposing spectrum.
Like the story of the Buddha, he had a perfect life inside the palace and he choose to explore. Then he found out life is not perfect.
This was the route to him becoming the Buddha.
If I leave you with anything, just know that the spectrums of life are absolutely necessary.
Without pain we can't understand peace.
So, if you are coming from a place that's uncomfortable, you know something powerful.
You have experienced one end of the spectrum, use that as fuel to improve.

Respecting oneself
One core aspect to feeling peaceful is living a healthy life.
There is much depth to the concept of health.
A few main categories are what you put on and in your body, what you put in your mind, how you use your mind and what you do with your body.
The quality of all input and output can be split into high and low frequency.
That said, everyone starts from a different place in life, so something low frequency to me could be an improvement for someone else in their current circumstance.
Understand nuance and small differentiation.
Once we begin to pay attention to how we feel then we can figure out what's high or low frequency.
To raise your observation ability we benefit from rolling with many natural sources.
What's this mean?
There's a huge difference between artificial man made things and naturally sourced things.
The beauty is when man adds it's creativity to what nature has already given us, not involving the changing of what we've been given at the core.
I'll explain further.

One life
What I'm pointing at is natural health.
To consume eggs from chickens that live a free chicken life, not some factory farm hell.
To put only ingredients that come from nature on and in your body.
For example, sunscreen is a massive cause for disease, due to the chemicals in it.
Rather, one can simply bring an umbrella to the beach, a big wide brim hat and use coconut oil. Natural health involves versatility and creativity.
Don't sit in fear if you've been using sunscreen, you can't change the past, you can change your future actions.
Another ex, being around low energy people, you can either use them as training to pay attention to other things...
Or you can get sucked into their drama.
Where you place your attention is so important.
I can't emphasize this enough.
Attention is a priceless currency.
That's why entertainment is 'free', yet they still profit off the eyeballs.
Now, how do you use your mind?
What do you consider leisure?
If you want to create a powerful life you do this by 100% shifting your identity.
This comes through the form of improved habits, filling your day with healthy acts.
One more example of natural health is the materials that your clothing is made with, specifically under garments and T-shirts.
You want this to be natural, like cotton.
Not polyester or other synthetic material.
Your head-wear as well.
This effects your energy levels and your life is determined by your energy and how you invest it.

Health takes time
No need to feel overwhelmed with all this, just take one piece at a time and slowly improve. Remember, you cannot change the past, accept it for what it is.
What you can do is aim to improve the quality of your life with patience, trust, reflection and action.
Practically:
-read
-exercise
-eat healthy
-listen to lectures / podcast
-buy cotton clothes (or other natural material)
You are at the right place at the right moment.
It's all right.
You don't need to change everything at once, this doesn't work.
Just adapt with time and create reminders for yourself.
Prioritize your purpose and direction over instant pleasure.

Have you identified your deep burn, reason or purpose?
Without a clear reason for persisting you will have a much harder time becoming healthier.
Are you aware that your current unconscious program has led you to where you are now?
