A Structure That Guarantees Amazing Results

Amazon was not built overnight.

Good things take time.

Look at where you are at now,

think about where you want to be.

Craft your vision for your physique.



Then you remove what doesn't help create that vision.

You replace the old with improved systems.

I'll explain how you can tell the quality of your nutrition,

how you can be like your own doctor.

Let's get practical first.





Turning A Vision Into Practical Steps


Everything begins as an initial idea.

Once you have this,

then you narrow it down and clarify the idea.

Taking a big picture journey and breaking it down into daily actions.

Make you you create your vision for the right reasons.

The reasons that NATURALLY tug at your heart,

NOT the reasons that others implemented into you.



Lets say you want to become the best version of yourself.

That vision is dependent on what you see in yourself.

Personally, I aim to be strong but quick, powerful but mobile.

Therefore I consume a certain amount of macros and calories to achieve that vision,

along with specific training.

I don't just lift weights,

or else I'd loose my quickness and mobility.



If I just wanted to bulk and not be lean and fast I'd eat way more.

So depending on your vision you will make certain decisions.

You have to think strategically if you wish to transform a vision into realty.

No matter what your vision is,

there will be things that you have to remove and change about your life.




Deleting What Doesn't Serve You


Independent of your specific goal,

I can guarantee there are things to clean up in your nutrition.

Maybe some of you have it all down,

but the majority are not in their peak physical shape.

The easiest way to explain what doesn't serve you is to go into how long ingredient list lead to un healthy food.



To create an amazing physique you want to avoid corn fed and soy fed meats.

No good.

Meat should be pasture raised and grass FINISHED.

100% grass fed. Emphasis on PASTURE RAISED.

Crackers and bread should have less than 5 ingredients.

Make sure you clean the wax off of the apples and other fruits you buy in the store.



But the structure is,

prioritize consuming your bodyweight in protein and avoiding long ingredient list.

The less ingredients usually the better.

If it's man made,

oreos, goldfish, things of this nature,

these are the foods that prevent you from getting in amazing physical shape.

They have ingredients which slow your mind down and destroy your body.

If you want a long and healthy life, it starts with your nutrition.




Replacing With Better Alternatives


Instead of oreos as a snack you can have dry roasted almonds.

You don't want almonds roasted in seed oils.

Coconut oil is basically the only oil humans should consume.

Cold pressed virgin olive oil is acceptable.

Instead of goldfish you can have fruits.

Instead of fast food you can cook some ground beef just about effortlessly.

Notice, the doctors say cholesterol is bad,

but the quality of the source is what matters.

Cholesterol from pasture raised eggs and beef is not the same on a biochemical level as Cholesterol from McDonalds nuggets.



It's just not the same thing.

What I'm talking about here is simply raising of ones standards.

I don't even consider the alternatives I've listed here as food,

I see this stuff as pure poison.

This processed sort of nutrition is the root cause to disease and decay.

These foods fog your mind.



Foggy minds make poor decisions.

Your decisions create your life.

We have so many miserable,

lost humans largely due to lack of education on the nutritional front.

Your bodies health is absolutely your responsibility.




Signs Your Nutrition gives You


When your nutrition structure is broken you'll get signs from your body.

To have bad gas is a tell tale signal that you are consuming some bullshit.

I've noticed that if I eat my healthy protein,

fruits and some yogurt for the day I feel wonderful and never have bad gas.

So that structure works great personally.

It may be different for you.



Also, it's normal to feel slow after eating,

so I almost always take a stroll after eating.

If you mind is foggy,

if your stomach hurts,

these are telling you that what you are eating is no good.

If you are consuming processed food often you may not even realize what I mean when I say foggy mind.

In that case,

all I can ask is a small favor.

Just maybe try something different with an open mind and pay attention to the results.



Pay attention to how and what you feel.

No body can do this for you,

I only write this because I did not realize the value in nutrition a few years back.

Not only does healthy nutrition make your mind better but it will also allow you to get into and earn the best physique of your entire life.




Focus, Clarity And Improved Quality Of Life


When your mind is clear life gets better.

You stress less, you have higher energy to do what's valuable to you,

you respect what you look like and you feel wonderful.

With a clear mind you will begin to get signs,

signs that guide you down your life path.

When the mind is foggy the signs are there but you don't notice them,

the fog makes these signs tougher to see.

Tougher to notice.



Hence the master appears when the students ready.

With a clear mind that sees the signs,

you will be less confused and have much more confidence.

Every single piece of your life will improve in quality.

It's been mind-blowing for me to experience the vast differences in states of mind when cleaning up my life.



I never would have imagined nutrition being so valuable when I was younger.

I used to see cookie and just eat cookie.

Now I wonder what's in this cookie.

Also, you can still eat treats,

just make them home-made.

There's always loopholes to balance pleasure with achieving your vision.

Follow a 90:10 approach.

You don't have to be perfect.

Just raise the hell out of your standards.

Now I'll dive into some practical tricks and tactics.

Methods that will make your nutritional improvement easier.

I prefer to make my journey as smooth as possible.


-don't even buy shit food

-if it's not in your house you are less likely to eat it

-committ to a physique goal, make a note on your mirror

-out of sight, out of mind

-greek yogurt + cho cho protein powder + collagen grass finished peptides

-carry a big metal water jug with you 90% of the time

-don't eat first 3 hours after waking, just water and coffee

-have a 6-8 hour food window

-walk after eating

-train on a fasted stomach


If you combine all of this over time you will get results.

I guarantee it.

There's no if ands or buts,

if you Truly follow what I've written here your life gets better.

You become more confident.

You respect yourself more.

You look better.

You feel better.

You are now a new you.




Closing thoughts


Nobody can do it for you.

Your physique tells a giant story about who you are.

It reveals much of what you see in yourself.

If you Truly respect yourself you will stay in good shape.

If you are tired of not respecting yourself you will go earn your new physique.
