how to appreciate Beauty?

Helloo!


Do you find things to appreciate in your everyday experience?


See, we all have a choice.


Which is, what angle do we choose to look from.


There's two sides to a coin, two sides to each story.

(closed mindedness makes me want to run through walls)


Nobody can force you to see things a certain way, it's going to come down to you and only you.


There's a massive differentiation between power and force.


Power leads by example.


Power looks for things to appreciate.


Power understands energy is either positive or negative.


Accept where you are at, while knowing what you can become.


You yourself, right now, no matter how you feel, are BEAUTIFUL.


Now, to actualize that internal Truth, we need to act and think in alignment with it.


How?


Begin subtracting what doesn't make you feel great.


Get rid of any song, habit, or belief that makes you feel poor.


We have to start slowly.


Transitioning into a healthy lifestyle takes time.


Choose a habit like:


-reading

-writing

-stretching

-exercising

-breathwork (ing) lol


Then just focus being consistent. 1M a day.


Then 2M a day. Then 5M.


If you break the chain restart at 1... The mission is to learn how to enjoy the healthy habit.


Healthy habits begin as a chore. Then you start to love them.


Conclusion:


You can only see the Beauty if you are the Beauty.


You become this by changing your lifestyle.
