are you strategic enough?

Hi there!

This is to my past self.

The secret is figuring out how to enjoy your meaningful work.

(This implies you have a clear mission and know your direction)

If you're not there, simply start by figuring out what you don't want and reverse engineer.

To enjoy our work, we need to structure our day STRATEGICALLY.

Working for 5 hours a day on 1HR sessions allows me to get so much done.

Without burning out.

That said, we should define what work means.

To me, It's intentional and focused. You sit down with a clear aim. You are in a positive state of mind, ready to do your best and enjoy your work.

So, if you work for 5 hours a day, what do you do with the rest of the day?

This is what I truly would've loved to know earlier.

If you do good for 5 hours, yet f_ck off for the rest of the day, you are slowing yourself down a lot.

We need to build great habits that are relaxing, yet healthy in our spare time.

Some of mine:

-chess

-cleaning

-playing outside

-deep conversations

It's all about mindset.

Some of you may view cleaning as a chore, I get it, I've been there.

Although, it doesn't' have to be a chore.

This is where your daily structure comes in.

Being strategic with when you choose to do what.

If you leave it until bed time, of course it'll feel like a chore.
