It's okay to feel stressed.
It's not okay to ignore your feelings.
A chronic problem is when un-healthy feelings are normalized.
What are the signs that you need adjusting?
-rushing
-anxiety
-over thinking
-tense, aggressive attitude
You can't fix what you won't admit could be better.
Once you know you can improve, you'll find answers.
Noticing and admitting itself is a win.
You have turned the corner to a new life.
But it won't happen overnight, you need a deep purpose.
Don't forget how your pain felt, use it to inspire health.
Use it to help others heal their own pain.
PRACTICALLY you need to practice reframing.
This ability is built upon mindfulness.
Reframing is finding the gold in the dirt.
You get cut off in traffic.
You initially want to rage.
You notice that, and are thankful for the opportunity to choose to relax.
It's a choice you make each moment.
You are totally in charge of regulating your feelings.
To build your mindfulness, set yourself up right.
Focus first on deleting what lowers your observation ability.
Stress, fear, brain fog, those are the things to remove.
Stress removal calls for you having a vision and executing daily on that vision.
Fear removal calls for the knowing that beyond your fear is what you need.
That you will only grow stronger through going into your fear.
Don't consume content that makes you fearful.
When you execute on an action that you were scared to do, you grow.
When you grow, what you used to be scared of becomes easier to do.
Then, you end up not being scared at all, that's a big win.
Clarity calls for healthy living.
A vision, paired with habits that align with that view.
Use your pain as a source to inspire all of this growth.
You are lucky to have pain, it's a powerful emotion.
Your job is to heal your pain, show others how you did that.
