Advice from Jordan Peterson on how to clean up your life

Peterson says:

'don't hide unwanted things in the fog'

Meaning to be clear on what you don't want.

That line does not imply that you obsess over what you don't want.

Just be clear on it.

See the behavior in you that breaks your own heart.

Notice where and what in your life is crumbling and inquire into it.

If you don't look, that doesn't mean it's not there.

But so many people let fear, anxiety, insecurity prevent looking.

You learn through real honesty.

Not rationalizing, justifying, but quietness within.

How do you create space for a quiet unoccupied mind that can see clearly?

You notice where energy get's wasted...

  • mental arguments or negative thinking
  • overthinking, the brain running laps constantly
  • fear, perhaps feeling 'attacked from the shadows' (client's phrasing)

These are the real manifestations of confusion.

The root is your mind's chaos, born through programming.

This work is all about uprooting initial programming and then learning about energy to create alignment...

Alignment breeds:

  • happy and healthy relationships
  • increased energy levels and clarity
  • peace as you learn to end anxiety the moment it occurs

Peterson's right, don't hide unwanted things in the fog.

Put the unwanted in plain sight through being honest with yourself.

It truly is a skill worth investing into, the skill of all skills if you will.

If this sounds like something you need, I have two spots for new clients.

1. release fears, anxiety and worries

2. uncover hidden psychological challenges

3. become re-energized and free for good
