is there a secret to True freedom and success?

 Today I will be touching on flow, learning about flow will allow you to become successful, peaceful and powerful.


This is a state of mind we are talking bout.

A state of mind that links directly to the quality of your life.

Humans who don't flow end up stressed and chaotic which destroys their ability to make quality decisions.

What's the difference between a being who creates a successful life and one who struggles?

Regulating emotion is powerful


How can a state of mind affect your life so drastically?

Well, what's the one thing you have from birth to death?

It's your breath...

And what is the thing that makes you observant of your inhale and exhale?

Your mind!

Point being, we have many different emotions and feelings.

If we can learn how to direct our feelings through the vehicle of the mind then we essentially can navigate ANY storm that we experience in life...

And we all know that storms of life are inevitable.

That said, it's all in our power to choose how we respond, rather than simply reacting emotionally.

Flow is an extremely serene state of mind.

Flow is not chaotic, rushed, judgmental or stressed.

Truth is, the more time we spend in the flow state the less low frequency emotion you feel.

Don't you want to feel peaceful and free?

You determine your strength


What do we need to do practically to optimize for flow?

Well, first understand how generally applicable flow is.

No matter your career, vision or day to day process...

Being in flow is only going to help you.

I'm sincerely talking 0 downside.

That said, to optimize for flow is to live your life in a strategic manner.

It's founded upon knowing that EVERY decision you make is a vote for who you want to become.

And if you desire to Truly live life, rather than simply existing and surviving, you are going to need to understand how to optimize for flow.

To increase ones ability to reach this state is to subtract all that weakens you and practice all that strengthens you.

I can list many things which I have identified as weakening and vice versa.

Some are universal while others you will have to figure out personally.

That said, you can surely get a flavor of the themes and this will make your identification process significantly easier.

A few weakening acts are arguing, worrying, consuming processed foods and numbing substances.

A few strengthening acts are reading high frequency books, having healthy deep conversations, exercising in a sustainable way and meditating.

There are MANY un-listed acts of each side, I'm only speaking from my personal life with those examples.

Don't wish for easier, create it


How does flow lead to success?

The more you operate from flow the closer you get to the subconscious mind.

Truth is, the subconscious is 1000x more powerful than the conscious.

It's essentially the nitrous if we use a racing analogy.

When you are connected to the subconscious it's like the universe starts serving food on a platter to you...

You realize you don't have to work nearly as hard and you are more productive than ever.

Things that you used to perceive as work turn into an entertaining game.

People and experiences that used to absolutely ruin your day trigger you for a moment and then you can see the comedy in the whole thing, getting back to a flowing state quite quickly.

To be straightforward, life just gets easier.

All this being said it is NOT at all easy to create yourself into the person who is capable of flowing frequently...

And that's exactly why flow is so powerful.

If it was easy then it probably wouldn't be worthwhile.

Since it's extremely grueling to re-wire your mind to optimize for flow, it's also powerfully rewarding.

Remember, if you have all the cheat codes in a video game it gets bored after a while, so even when you can flow often I'm not implying life is effortless, it's just much more enjoyable than it was prior to developing this ability.

What's so powerful about becoming a precise decision maker?

Well, we are making many choices each day.

If we become more efficient and accurate in this process than inevitably our quality of days increases.

Think compounding, the snowball starts small and then it begins to grow faster and faster.

When you are a precise decision maker it Truly works FOR you.

Because then you stress significantly less.

If you are in touch with flow, which strengthens your gut feel or intuition, then frequently you don't even have to think about making decisions.

It simply happens and it's like wow, that was smooth.

Don't you want more peace and less stress?

See, if you ask honestly and Truly want to make your life better then you will get answers that will push you in the healthy direction.

What don't I want to become in life?

It's priceless to run away from something while you aim high and pursue your vision.

What naturally interest me and how can I practice this in some form each day?

For me, some amazing habits that I adore are exercising, writing, reading and meditating.

See there are modes of being, victim, survival and thriving.

This is when you have a purpose larger than yourself, essentially you are not living for selfish reasons but the complete opposite.

How do you become this sort of person?

It's founded on a spiritual awakening.

Realizing that all of this universe is connected.

That it's significantly larger than you egos wants and preferences.

To allow for this awakening you need to practically heal yourself.

To turn all that hurt you in your life into the fuel that keeps you performing for your health and future. The route to healing is through a combination of iteration on your process, daily education on your passions, executing on ideas that you have and trusting that if it feels right on a deep level it's what you must do.

Less control, more acceptance.

Less seeking approval, more internal confidence.

Less worrying about others, more focus on self-regulation.

Denial is a crafty defense mechanism

Where to start though?

There's so much that goes into all I've written.

No need to feel overwhelmed, I promise you are at the exact right place at the right time.


-get crystal clear on your purpose (through questions and healing your pain)

-create a lifestyle which is linked to many healthy habits

-start subtracting anything that weakens you


The trick thing is, denial is powerful. you may have things that weaken you that you don't even realize do...


Hint : If there is any substance which you use EVERYDAY that you know isn't healthy, subtracting that should be your TOP priority.

So, by optimizing for flow it's inevitable that your days become peaceful and smooth.

You will become the person who is strong and also balanced.

Someone who leads others in the right direction by being a beautiful example.
