Input, output, clarity and the life of your dreams?

Jul 11, 2023 3:31 pm

It's shocking how tightly input links to output and how output creates your life.

The amount of details that go into creating high output or value is abundant.

When we take a zoomed in look at our input we create an opportunity to determine our bigger picture value.

This zoomed in perspective involves paying attention to specific details.

Reading nutritional labels, knowing what to avoid, being balanced and having life-style systems.

Will becoming more observant benefit you?

----

Intention

The power in observing the nutritional labels is that you can choose how you would like to feel.

Through paying attention to what you consume, you begin to understand how what you consume effects you.

Now this is game-changing.

Being capable of feeling however you would like is freeing.

For example, if you don't enjoy having mucus and a runny nose you have to avoid processed food and excess carbohydrates.

How do you practically do that?

You prioritize consuming healthy protein, as it fills you up and keeps you from even wanting to snack on the things that cause the runny nose situation.

See, it's that principle, run from something while aiming up at something.

We are running from the processed food while aiming up at the healthy, ethically sourced animal protein.

Ethically sourced to me means the animals had complete free-range pastures and were able to roam around and be natural animals.

Not here to support enslavement of animals in factories.

Again, it's knowing what you specifically deem respectable and creating a action plan to align with that.

To start, get crystal clear on the things that you don't respect or the things that would slow you down the most.

Reverse engineer

How do we know what to avoid without trial and error?

Thankfully some people have done the trial and error for you.

Just look at the average joe and sort of reverse engineer.

Many people consume fast food, too much caffeine, too much alcohol, yes you get my point.

How I got ripped is by doing things a unique way.

1 cup of coffee a day, no alcohol, no fast food and to be straightforward knowing exactly what my priorities and needle moving actions were.

Not saying you can't do that stuff, just sharing my avenue.

It's all about figuring out what works for you.

In that regard, I'd suggest taking pieces from people you admire and putting your unique spin on it.

Just because you read nutritional labels like I do, does not mean you have to cook with the same seasonings as me.

Just because I'm aiming at a balanced martial artist physique, doesn't mean you can't do something else.

It's all about realizing that we can regulate certain things and then understanding how our actions lead to specific outcomes.

If we know what to avoid and know what to do then we can raise the odds of achieving our aim.

Understanding balance

Finding ones balance is not exactly a simple process.

I'd say it all begins with being honest, in other words, physically letting go of the tension.

You may come to realize you are holding in lots of energy.

Relax your belly, sincerely release it and don't flex at all.

It took me years to notice I was constantly holding in my stomach unconsciously.

This comes from a psychological lack of observation ability.

This is the Truth, that stress is the silent killer.

Many humans are out of balance, they don't observe the details and therefore they slowly die away living in quiet despair.

This can only improve once we commit to radical self-honesty...

It's tough because the mind can be tricky.

The power of denial is massive and it's not that easy to unravel in the moment.

What is your goal or desired direction?

And how will you feel if you are not sincerely moving toward that?

I'm not at all saying think "I'll be happy when...".

No, rather I'm reminding you that life is impermanent and that we have potential within that is meant to be activated.

When it comes to balance, sometimes it's easier to tell you what it isn't than to try and explain what it is.

Balance is not aimless and confused.

It is organized and focused.

Balance does not have an internal battle, it's priorities are understood.

Balance is not obsessed with comparison, it knows it's process and iterates along the path.

Energy

What are some practical examples of life-style systems?

Understanding how much energy the digestive system uses.

Planning your meal times to take this into account.

Specifically, I use my mind and do my work primarily in the morning.

Therefore I don't consume anything besides water and coffee for the first hours of my day.

Also, I find it best to workout when my digestive system isn't recently activated, so this all goes hand and hand.

Using my mind and body most intensely when they are clearest.

Makes sense right?

Then this system allows for you to actually work less hours because you will be so productive with the hours you put in.

Leading to a more enjoyable life, now where does the next system come in?

Well when we have more spare time due to working in such an efficient manner, this is either a blessing or a curse.

System #2 involves knowing how to rest and recharge.

If we waste our leisure time with bullshit actions than the productivity of our work hours drops.

We have to fill our leisure time with healthy habits that keep us balanced.

Some of my main leisure activities are reading, conversing, training, organizing, cleaning, walking and playing with my dogs.

Average Joe might label these as chores or something like that, Truth is these are way more recharging than binging beer and netflix.

There's no easy way to re-program your mind, you just inevitably have to observe the difference in how you feel when you fill your days with healthy actions.

Smashing the glass ceiling

So it is both your output and your input that matter.

It's all connected, and therefore shines on the importance of having a detailed, zoomed in lifestyle.

We need to balance the strategic things like nutrition with the deeper healing frameworks such as spirituality.

Understanding that although a chicken may be a chicken, the quality of the cells within the chickens differ based on the lifestyle it lived.

Consuming a factory farmed chicken will effect your cellular development much differently than consuming a free-range chicken who lived free and happily.

Just as humans desire freedom so do animals.

Freedom physically plays a large role in cognitive freedom, although there are many physically free humans stuck inside their own personalized cognitive hell.

How does this occur?

Well, it's due to humans consuming input that clouds their observation ability, with a foggy mind they have an internal battle.

Between what they know they could become and the pain of actually breaking through their comfort threshold. Inevitably, if a human changes his input then his mind becomes clearer, the internal fog begins to dissipate and the call of the observer becomes louder.

He then realizes he has no other option but to reach for his potential, as sitting in his own pit of self despair in no longer acceptable.

Once you see you cannot un-see.

I'd love to pack some insight into a video / written self-educational program, I can go in depth on health, confidence, peace of mind and the power of these pillars.

Specifically for people who know they have massive potential, want to impact others positively and want to stop wasting time.

More on this at the conclusion of email.

Optimizing flow

So here I'll get as actionable as possible, see I do not want to tell anyone what to do.

So, I'm simply sharing what's worked well for me and you can feel free to test things out.

If anything I say helps you, I'd appreciate hearing any feedback you have.

Are you buying food that you don't need to be buying? Eliminate the processed food.

Healthy snacks :

-almonds

-matzos

-dates

-whatever fruits you enjoy

Don't buy things with more than 3-5 ingredients in them.

Don't buy soda or things made by concentrate.

Support 100% grass-finished beef.

Don't consume soy or normal tap water.

Learn to enjoy cooking your own food.

It's all up to you.

See, what you consume mentally and physically is simply you voting for what you want to become. Nothing more or less.

All the decisions we make create feedback loops and those loops create more of the same.

---------

Just realize that we are each exactly where we are meant to be.

No need to stress or worry about changing it all at once, just break down your bigger goal into weekly steps and do what you can today.

See, even healthy things become un-healthy if they are done in a chaotic manner.

Don't forget that.

Are you making life harder than it has to be?

What mental habits can you start adopting to live more peacefully?

It's about enjoying your journey.
