You feel this way for a reason
It may be the amount of food you ate.
The quality.
How fast you ate it...
Point is, there's usually a deeper meaning behind you feeling how you do.
Most people tend to mistake symptoms of a problem for the root of the problem.
And then they don't get down to the root, which means no solution.
Why do we want to get to the core of a situation?
You fix it once and you do it correctly.
You do one thing how you do everything.
We must understand the importance of how connected everything we do is, this involves being crystal clear on who we want to become.
Have an anti-role model, know what traits you don't want to embody.
This way you'll catch yourself if you ever begin sliding the wrong direction.
Now begin to pay detailed attention to how you feel throughout the day.
Raise your awareness.
You do this through training like:
-breathwork
-reading
-writing
-educational videos + exercises
With a raised awareness you'll begin to notice things you previously didn't.
You'll realize how much better you can make things.
With more wisdom comes more responsibility, so you must commit to becoming the most you possibly can!

grab a notebook and pen and place it in a spot where you'll be likely to write
