To feel as if you're constricted, now what's this mean?
It's almost as if you're gasping for air.
Now where is the root to this feeling? It could be...
-Fear (of anything)
-Anxiety
-Stress/Overwhelm
But the root is emotion and thought right?
Now you can't just do away with emotion and thought, they have a place.
And that place is for learning. The purpose and meaning behind your ability to feel is so that you learn about the nature of what you are.
How your reactions work. How you can't feel constricted without a certain style of thought which dances with emotion.
Why does anything I'm writing here matter?
If you're tired of feeling boxed in...
-you have to watch how your reactions work
-you can see into the nature of what creates the feeling of being boxed in
Then you learn.

-put notebooks in every key room in your house
-start writing out your sharp thoughts when they arise
-prioritize identifying the moments in your day where you act out of alignment
This all starts with a willingness to be deeply honest and real.
You can't do this work without breaking down your worldview... Which is composed of your program. Your beliefs, likes, wants, urges, tendencies, preferences, your society, your attitude, your personality. Unravel it.
You can't be constricted when you are deeply honest with thyself everyday, every moment.
