The top 2 keys you need to execute on to heal loneliness

The simplest way to heal anything is to see how it works, to see the ins and outs

As loneliness truly can become something so simple, and through that simplicity

Then we can invite the golden wave, the clarity that creates alignment

But let's dive into the aspects which create this domino affect:

1/ A healthy dose of skepticism (who is it that's lonely?)

-you are not your thoughts, are you?

-just as the sky is something the clouds are within

-the 'you' that you think you are, is just a cloud within what you really are

Practically - This means that you don't have to take everything personally.

Take a deep breath for a moment...

You. Don't. Need. To. Take. Things. Personally.

Even personal attacks, they are more so a reflection of the attacker, rather than the other individual.

Be more so, fascinated... By how could something psychologically move that way?

What stories may they be running on repeat within their minds?

Not saying rationalize - Just maybe consider their perspective... And who they are.

2/ Being vulnerable, yet immovable

The hook was about loneliness, and #1 brought us to start questioning ourselves.

*What does a healthy dose of skepticism do?

-allows for tunnel version to be noticed

-that noticing creates space for zooming out

-zooming out and big picture sight can lead to clarity

And that clarity is what heals the confusion/illusion which is loneliness.

Living too zoomed in is like driving your car but only seeing the next few feet ahead...

If you live like that you will continuously stretch yourself too far, to the point of 'crashing' or breaking down.

*Why do I bring up loneness, confusion and clarity?

-you cannot be lonely without confusion

-you can see the root of confusion, and how tunnel vision is a main contributor

-and funny enough, how zooming out is a main contributor to clarity and healing

More than grateful for each of you who take the energy to truly read my work.
