Hi there, I appreciate you.


If you stress and worry often, this will help you right away.


Anxiety - living in false delusions of the future


When you are not able to be in the moment your mind tends toward suffering and pain.


Or fantasizing which eventually creates pain.

(when reality doesn't match your fantasy)


Take a moment to think of what actions make you forget about time...

The healthy ones.


For me:

-Sports

-Lifting

-Reading

-Writing

-Conversing

-Playing


You get the point.


When you fill your day with actions that bring you presence, the majority of your pain will fade away.


Sounds easier than it is.


We have to survive, sometimes our jobs can be quite unpleasant. I get this.


What's important is that you begin to craft a general idea of what you want to build.


Where do you want to go in life?


Maybe you're unsure.


Start with what you hate... Get REAL clear on what you don't desire.


It's not about having an easy life.


It's more about creating an enjoyable life.


Details of language.


Never take advice to heart that comes from people who are not what you want to become.


Rather, get quiet and begin to train your ability to practice breathwork and meditation.


When you take time to regulate your inner states, things will start to click.


You'll begin to notice things you previously never saw.


You'll raise your awareness and that'll allow for a better life.


Begin with 1M a day if you must.


Make meditation an everyday practice.
